We are currently seeking an dedicated and driven Sales System Analyst to help support the development, implementation and maintenance of sales-based systems and tools.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Evaluates Sales Systems needs and provides usage information, updates, product/tool training, competitor information, and recommends optimizations. Ensuring key business partners are fully informed about Life and Annuity products and tools.
  • Executes operational objectives for sales systems by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. Improves systems by studying current practices, identifying opportunities for process improvement and applying improvements to drive sales.
  • Expertise knowledge of customers, competitors, environment, and industry in order to provide support and input into product development/sales/systems based upon marketplace acceptance, marketplace need, emerging direction and competitive environment.
  • Prepares reports (i.e. charts and graphs) and presents recommendations for action plans to senior management and the organization.
  • Coordinates internal efforts to support the launch and sales of all life and annuity products through a deep understanding of the industries competitive landscape.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services industry required.
  • Knowledge of IMO structure/operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of Contact Management and sales-related systems.
  • Life and Annuity product knowledge required; commissions experience preferred.
  • Expert in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, process, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills and strong presentation skills
  • Extensive insurance industry knowledge (i.e. annuity and life products/features).
