Sales Manger in Training for Erie Home, you will have the opportunity to earn $125,000+ in your first year while helping others improve their homes and lives within the community.

Job Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• Work closely with the Sales Manager to improve efficiency of the sales team through training, concise feedback, and leadership
• Conduct sales meetings and trainings with or in the absence of the Sales Manager
• Mentorship and collaboration with supportive departments of Marketing and Installation
• Deliver an interactive sales presentation on our unique product line to homeowners
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate individual sales performance and goals

Qualifications:

• 5 years minimum Sales experience
• 2 years minimum Management/Leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Proven experience in a commissioned sales environment
