The Sales Executive is responsible for sales and closing activity that meets or exceeds expectations by understanding prospect needs and representing the community during the sales process from inquiry to move in.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Meets and exceeds personal sales expectations
• Effectively responds to new inquiries in a timely manner
• Ensures that all prospect inquiries are managed and that timely follow through is maintained in accordance with designated time frames
• Utilizes lead systems effectively by promptly inputting data and uses the system to manage assigned lead base
• Uses Direct Sales Performance Indicators (DSPI’s) to set goals and diagnose areas of strength and needed improvement
• Generates adequate presentations by effective prospecting. This can include phone outs, referral generation, use of e-mail, home visits, etc.
• Communicates with key influencers impacting the buying decision
• Participates in marketing events as directed by the Marketing and Sales Director
• Understands and articulately represents all documents related to residency, including Residency Agreement, Disclosure Statement, etc.
• Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a presentable manner
• Implements best practices in the marketing office and influences hospitality focused environment throughout the community
• Maintains a professional appearance at all times
• Attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Maintains / adheres to strict confidentiality of all documents involving sales process.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with financial services or Retirement Planning experiencea plus. Work related experience accepted in lieu of Degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid presentation skills (small and large group)
• Strong closing skills

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

English: highly proficient in both spoken and written English
