Inside Sales Representative

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help lead the marine world with innovative waterjet solutions while delivering future ready technology for a water-connected world. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for business development and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with the customers to complete orders.

Pull inventory to complete customer orders.

Receiving and putting away stock.

Receive and handle all materials sent for service, notifying Service Managers upon receipt.

Perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Gather customer information such as company name, boat size, jet details, etc.

Conduct regular unsolicited telephone calls to check on customer welfare and status.

Collaborate with the department manager to develop call lists for proactive customer outreach.

Maintain knowledge of technical materials such as product bulletins and manuals.

Provide customer and distributor quotes through the ERP system based on pricing and availability.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 12 months of prior sales experience
• Basic mechanical and/or electrical understanding

Skills and Abilities:

• Fluent in English
• Ability to read and interpret factory technical/mechanical drawings
• Familiarity with Company policies, processes, and procedures
• Efficiently monitor and manage open customer orders and inventory levels
• Conduct cycle counts as required by the manager
• Proficient in using ERP systems for order processing and tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
