Full description of the position

Our client is a manufacturer of high-performance regenerative blowers, chemical metering pumps and distributor of Secoh linear air compressors, is seeking a highly qualified Regional Sales Manager. This person will be working with the General Manager and the sales team to aggressively grow sales and support existing client base.

Duties will include:

• Identify new customers and opportunities

• Sizing blowers, dosing pumps and compressors for the required application.

• Providing quotations to customers.

• Maintaining and expanding customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers.

• Negotiating terms and conditions.

• Strategic planning / forecasting.

• Application assistance and customer support.

• Travel throughout the USA and Canada.

• Project Management.

• Anticipate and prevent issues by executing advanced problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrate ability to lead and work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (preferably in pneumatic or chemical metering industry).

• Motivation for Sales.

• Mechanical aptitude.

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics a plus).

Compensation to be determined, but will include a competitive base salary, bonus program, and health / dental benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
