Role and Responsibility

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing clients. You will work closely with our marketing and business development teams to identify potential leads and opportunities. Your main duties will include:

• Conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers and schedule appointments.
• Engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to recommend appropriate solutions and set up meetings accordingly.
• Managing a sales pipeline and tracking progress in our CRM system.
• Achieving monthly and quarterly targets and objectives.
• Continuously improving your knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and objectives.
• Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and related products and services is a plus.
