We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers, providing customer service, and identifying new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of success in sales, and the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet them.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and services offered by the company.
• Provide accurate quotes and pricing information to customers.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
