Custom Fabricating & Supplies (CFS), a recognized leading provider of industrial masking products and solutions, is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at our location in Houston, TX .
The primary goal of the Territory Sales Manager is to perform the duties of an outside sales representative for an assigned territory. This will involve extensive travel, cold calling, lead generation, networking, providing solutions, and communicating effectively with internal staff to provide quotes, processing of customer orders, etc. You are expected to utilize CFS guidelines to meet or exceed the established sales quotas. It is critical that the sales staff work in conjunction with the front office, administration and production to confirm everything flows through the proper channels and to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
The Territory Sales Manager is also responsible for overseeing the day to day branch operations including office staff, the warehouse, delivery, production and safety. You will liaise with CFS corporate, located in Franklin, WI, to develop and implement continuous process improvement.
The Territory Sales Manager's region is TX, LA, OK, AR & KS.
Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Carry voice of customer within the organization and ensure customer needs are met.
- Grow current accounts with a value added “solutions consultant” relationship with customer.
- Assist customers to resolve post sales-related issues in a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary.
- Have a thorough understanding of technical or scientific products to be sold.
- Negotiate prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements.
- Gain and leverage knowledge on competitive positioning, pricing and purchasing strategy.
- Deliver established annual sales and market share growth.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks, customer data and communications.
- Supervise maintenance vendors to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and in good working order to ensure our customer’s requirements are met.
- Support and foster a culture that allows team members to grow while driving customer satisfaction for a team consisting of office staff, warehouse, and production.
- Learn and follow the CFS Quality Policy.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
- Maintain positive customer relations approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.
- Maintain a high-level of confidentiality on all matters involving Custom Fabricating & Supplies.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
- Adhere to CFS policies and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three (3) years of sales or customer service/sales support experience, manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient with CRM and ERP systems.
- Valid Driver License.
