A Day in the Life:

As the Rental Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative. you will report to our Vice President who will assist in your training and be available to answer day-to-day questions and concerns. You will work to make renting and buying from Cleveland Forklift an enjoyable experience where we will be their first choice due to your knowledge and professional demeanor.

Your typical day may consist of the following:

• Quoting, creating rental agreements, setting up delivery and return and billing of all rental equipment.
• Selling forklift attachments, pallet jacks, PM Agreements and other forklift accessories to existing and new clients.
• Working to never dead-end a customer.
• Navigating through multiple internet sites
• Effectively using Windows, GMail Workspace, and similar PC applications
• Answering phones and assisting customers in a professional manner
• Accurate processing of rental orders.
• Work with co-workers and technicians to ensure all customer needs are met.
• All and any other tasks as assigned.

• Pay: Very competitive based on experience
• Schedule: 8 hours shift / Monday through Friday
• Supplemental Pay: Commission, Bonus eligible

• Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred
• Education: High School or Equivalent

• Able to lift 50 to 100 pounds as needed
• Sit at a workstation for extended periods of time
• Practical knowledge of material handling equipment
• Proficient with technology such as computer, email, internet, and telephone
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
