Are you feeling stuck in your current position and looking for a change? Are you ready to find a career rather than just another job? Insurance Advantage Agency is looking to fill one Customer Service Representative and two Sales Producer positions within our growing Cheektowaga, NY based agency.

Both positions are Monday through Friday and are in person at our Cheektowaga location. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position requires computer, interpersonal, and amazing communication skills. As a CSR you will be required to handle inbound calls from current and potential customers to assist with their needs. You’ll be handling billing questions, vehicle changes, and conducting post sales onboarding calls. The position pays $17-20/hour based on prior work experience.

The Sales Producer position requires amazing organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The position also will require an understanding of insurance concepts and coverages, allowing you to tailor insurance policies to our clients’ needs. As part of your paid training, you will be required to attend the state licensing course (in-person or virtually) and successfully pass the state licensing exam. Once licensed you will be provided with an unlimited supply of in-house generated warm leads. The position pays $18-20/hour plus bonus based on sales volume. Current Sales Producers are earning $65,000 to $80,000 per year with bonuses with our highest producing agent earning nearly $100,000 per year.
