Job Description

North Carolina Insurance Services is seeking a licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, great customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and collect their insurance information.
• Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers using open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tool
• Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled
• Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have active Property & Casualty License.
