LGS Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting potential clients and working with a sales engineer to close sales. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales role, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work independently. The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for setting up new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect and cold call new sales leads
- Maintain CRM account status
- Maintain current customer accounts by following up on leads, tracking orders, and updating records.
- Work with outside sales team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Maintain order status by contacting customers to update order information, resolve issues, and close sales.
- Manage accounts by following up with customers on orders, payments, and returns; providing solutions to improve customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage account territory by following up with customers on orders, returns, and other issues.
- Update account status by following up with customers on orders, returns, and other issues.
- Update company records by entering data into CRM system as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience or a minimum of 2 years of college degree in business administration or related field (preferred). Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening process. Must have reliable transportation to get to office location). Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends (some holidays may be required). Must possess good communication skills (written and oral) as well as the ability to read and write English. Must possess the ability to follow instructions as well as the ability to learn new skills according to instructions. Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on importance while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $42,152.00 - $50,586.00 per year
