Marketing Sales Consultant

Asset Mentors specializes in selling comprehensive marketing solutions to entrepreneurs in the financial planning industry. We are currently looking for dynamic, sales-minded individuals to join our team of talented professionals and assist in the sale of our cutting-edge marketing services.

What it Takes to be a Marketing Sales Consultant

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Holds a bachelor's degree or has obtained a financial license or certification
• Professional, intuitive, and highly persuasive
• Ability to connect and build relationships with individuals of varying personality types
• Comfortable with making outbound calls to warm leads - no cold calling

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Marketing Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Following up on inquiries and selling marketing solutions to financial professionals who have shown interest in our services (warm leads)
• Developing strong business relationships with financial professionals by understanding their marketing needs
• Assisting in scheduling marketing campaigns for financial professionals
• Tracking the progress of each marketing campaign
• Actively participating in weekly team meetings

This position offers a competitive base salary of $50,000 with uncapped commission potential. On average, our sales professionals earn at least $80,000 in their first year and over $100,000 in future years.

Income Growth Opportunity - Comparison of Average vs. Top 25%:

• Year 1: $80,000 - $125,000
• Year 3: $110,000 - $250,000
