Inside Sales Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting sales goals by making 75 -125 outbound phone calls a day at our HQ facility in Wixom, MI
- Call per connect rate (In the beginning it will be around 1:15; as you develop the connection rate will go down to 1:10)
- Average length of a call (from 30 to 90 seconds to 4 to 5 minutes) Ring Central video calls can be used and might take 20 minutes to 50 minutes.
- Monitor call to lead to conversation rate
- 1 or 2 sales a day when new, and 4 or 5 as you gain experience
