Hiring full time Appointment Setters for our water purification company

Job Overview:

Water purification brings clean, safe water for people of all incomes. We sell and install water purification systems in the pipes of the house, so the whole home has the highest quality water, not only for drinking, but to improve your hair, skin, and nails as well.

We are looking for candidates to grow with us, and are eager to learn about the world of sales. In this role you will train you side by side with our professionals to teach you to set appointments, and eventually negotiate and close sales. We hire from within and so we want to help you rapidly succeed as quickly as possible. What will you do daily? In this role you will be canvassing in residential neighborhoods, informing clients about the benefits of water purification, qualifying them, and setting them up for an appointment with one of our sales reps, earning you uncapped commission for appointments set.

We are looking for extremely self motivated individuals who are capable of hitting sales goals, and working under limited supervision. Candidates should also be excited to grow their career, and hold a sense of professionalism. Candidates should be extremely outgoing, and comfortable talking with others at their home.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Canvassing in residential neighborhoods to homeowners to discuss the benefits of water purification
• Qualify and set appointments for customers looking to learn more
• Learn sales skills to negotiate and close sales, hone your skills, and move quickly into higher roles
• Participate in team meetings
• Effectively schedule and prioritize your daily work activities

Qualifications required:

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Must be comfortable talking to people at their homes
• Must be able to work under little or no supervision
• Extremely self motivated to meet sales goals
• Must maintain professionalism at all times
