Responsibilities:

- Manage and expand a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all logistics-related matters.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client operations and exceptional service delivery.

- Identify new business opportunities and strategically pursue leads to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve and maximize business potential.

- Champion a customer-centric approach, focusing on understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.

- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, playing an instrumental role in shaping the company culture.

- Actively contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring new hires align with our values and mission.

- Participate in regular team discussions, providing valuable insights, and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives.

- Uphold company policies and compliance standards while adhering to industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

- Track record of OR possess the ability to exceed targets and building lasting client relationships.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts with clarity and confidence.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to challenges and driving results.

- Leadership qualities and a passion for empowering team members to excel in their roles.

- Adept at leveraging technology and data analytics to optimize operations and enhance customer experiences.

- Be capable of acquiring knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
