The Professional Group is Seeking a Temporary position of Account Manager to join us for our client LATAM AIRLINES, located in Miami International Airport.

The mission of the Account Manager will be being the responsible one for conducting the company's product sales to the clients assigned to their portfolio, offering outstanding service and striving to meet the set goals while following the established standards and procedures. This position, together with the Management, will propose commercial strategies on the assigned routes to achieve the established sales’ goals.

Main responsibilities:

● Establishing relationships with clients to ensure their preference and continued business.
● Having a detailed knowledge of the company’s products and the offer of PAX and CAO flights, in order to offer a range of possibilities tailored to the customer's needs.
● Management of key performance indicators and statistics on the business, routes and client portfolio.
● Defining pricing strategies for the assigned routes in order to maximize revenues.
● Identifying business opportunities to increase the company’s sales and revenues.
● Performing other activities of a similar nature as needed by the department.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
● At least 1 year of experience. Previous experience in sales and B2B relationships is a plus.
● Fluent in both English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $5,850.00 per month
