Job Summary:

As a Home, Auto, and Business Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in our agency's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be effectively communicating and educating customers about their insurance options, developing strong relationships, and generating new business leads. This position offers a commission-based compensation model that allows you to design your own income trajectory, backed by our comprehensive support system and strong brand reputation.

Responsibilities:

- Generate and maintain a robust client pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead-generation activities.

- Assess customers' insurance needs and provide tailored insurance solutions for their homes, automobiles, and businesses.

- Educate clients on coverage options and policy features to help them make informed decisions.

- Utilize a consultative sales approach to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.

- Complete necessary underwriting and administrative tasks to ensure accurate policy issuance and renewal processes.

- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and coverage changes to address customer inquiries and offer competitive solutions effectively.

- Collaborate with team members to cross-sell and identify additional business opportunities within existing accounts.

- Leverage technology and software tools to efficiently manage client information, quotes, policies, and follow-ups.

- Achieve individual sales targets, meet performance metrics, and actively participate in training and development programs.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record as a successful insurance agent with experience in home, auto, and business insurance.

- Active state insurance license(s) for property and casualty lines.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to persuade and overcome objections.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a desire for unlimited earning potential.

- Familiarity with insurance software systems and proficiency in using technology tools for customer relationship management.

- High ethical standards and commitment to ensuring customers' best interests while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
