Retail Sales Talent Sourcer for Outside Sales in Atlanta, GA
A Talent Sourcer for Sales is responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates through social media platforms and professional networks. This includes strategizing with hiring managers to develop the best recruitment methods for open Sales positions including advertising, crafting recruiting emails, identifying/sourcing qualified, diverse candidates for manager. All recruitment plans are to focus on providing cost-effective alternatives while focusing on the time to fill positions and attract high quality candidates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes, and conducting interviews by phone, in person, or via electronic media (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Meets, etc.)
- Works with hiring manager to provide qualified candidate submissions, coordinate interviews, and more to ensure job openings are filled in a timely manner.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to accurately track candidate flow ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Source Outside Sales candidates via various methods (using databases, social media, etc.)
- Perform reference checks.
- Manages the delivery of job offers, rejections, and more to candidates.
- Responds promptly to requests for service and assistance.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in Outside Sales industry required.
- 3+ years of experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage the recruiting process of multiple job postings at various stages of recruitment, including the coordination of interview schedules,
- Ability to evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications to hiring managers, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Understand employment law sufficient to avoid legal challenges, providing consultation to hiring managers and enforcing company policies and procedures relating to the recruiting process.
- Solid understanding of HR practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, Gmail, and Outlook
Location Requirement: Atlanta, GA - HYBRID
Qualified candidates will reside in the Atlanta, GA or surrounding area.
