We are seeking an Account Executive to call on professional referrals for Non-Medical Home Care in Cumberland, Franklin and Adams counties where we have served for the past 20 years! Visiting Angels provides clients with meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping, hygiene assistance, and assistance with shopping, errands, and appointments. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• Experience in the Home Care industry a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Work in Field 60% of time)
• Solid community and professional contacts within our Tri County service area
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to SMILE over the phone
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate is expected to come in with an established track record and ability to build a referral stream.

• Generate home care patient referrals
• Taking and tracking lead calls
• Participate in Local Network Meetings and Committees
• Sign new families into care by doing an In Home or Virtual assessment
• Collaborating with Client Care Coordinators to facilitate admissions timely
• Participate in On Call Rotation

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
