We are looking for the right person who has the ability to communicate effectively with Credit Managers, Company Owners, CFOs, Comptrollers, or whoever makes the decision on placing delinquent commercial accounts for collections. If you have a collections sales background, telemarketing sales, B to B Sales, or if you have held jobs managing receivables, this could be a great opportunity for you!

YOUR MISSION:
As a player on our team, you will be directly responsible for prospecting new business through cold calling our leads on the telephone. Success in this position is measured by hitting monthly activity and sales goals, by achieving daily metrics in a competitive yet collaborative environment.
DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:
* Prospecting new business through telephone sales and speaking with business owners, credit managers, comptrollers, CFO’s, or whoever is responsible for a company’s delinquent accounts.
* Understand the customer's needs, overcoming objections, handle rejection in stride and ultimately close the sale.
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
* The ideal candidate should have previous telemarketing sales, B2B Sales, commercial collection sales experience, commercial collections experience, or have managed accounts receivables with a background in dealing with delinquent accounts. If you have a positive attitude and an understanding of commercial collections, this might be an ideal fit for a career changing opportunity.
* History of achieving and consistently exceeding monthly goals
* A desire to grow personally and professionally
* Strong prospecting and negotiating skills

* Base pay plus commissions, monthly bonuses and spiffs
* 1st year realistic opportunity of $40,000 to $50,000
* 2nd year $50,000 to $60,000
* 3rd year $60,000+
* Full-time, 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday inside our new Metairie location
* All major holidays are observed
