Responsibilities
- Close new Commercial and Residential businesses to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Develop & create upsell opportunities
- Build, secure, and expand customer relationships.
- Attend business events focused on specific projects such as tradeshows, recruiting events, internal events, special projects, etc.
- Provide remote bids to customers over video conference
- Build an intimate understanding of Everlights products and their place in the industry
- Manage the entire sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, host in-person demos, create proposals, and close deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
- Aggressively exceed goals consisting of outbound phone calls, emails, online and in-person demos
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers and partners
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth implementations and fuel future product growth
- Provide market/client feedback to Everlights product/engineering team
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of quota exceeding field sales experience working for Pest, Solar, or other Door To Door companies.
- A track record of creating leads, converting them to appointments, and same-day close.
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- BS/BA degree is strongly preferred
