We are looking for experienced, licensed professionals but are willing to train candidates with outside sales experience, however, an NC Real Estate License IS A MUST.

We are a small yet growing team based in the Great Charlotte Area, but expanding into the Triad! We helped 44 families in their real estate journey last year, and we are on track to assist nearly 100 families this year! You can be a part of helping others during one of the biggest (if not the biggest) transactions and decisions of their life. Our team is driven by our culture of collaboration, cooperation, sharing experiences and knowledge, supporting each other, caring for one another, accountability, and continuing to work together to grow towards each of our professional and personal goals.

Pay: $74,771.00 - $175,000.00 per year
