Insurance Account Manager

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist clients with policy renewals, claims processing, and coverage adjustments
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand client base
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate and secure competitive rates for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information

Skills:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using insurance management software and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and privacy practices
