JOB DESCRIPTION:

Alwin Manufacturing is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our company to build and develop its sales force. The Inside Sales Representative will represent the company’s products and services for a specified territory, excelling at researching and generating leads, starting new relationships, and cultivating current customers. Use strong communication skills to showcase product offerings in a compelling way.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the Jan/San, food service and industrial distribution markets. Perform cold calling and emails to generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Build trusting relationships with current customers and prospects.
• Participate in tradeshows.
• Other duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two (2) or more years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email.
• Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
• Computer literate with experience in CRM systems.
• Ability to work in Excel and with pivot reports.

OTHER:

• Position is based in Green Bay WI
• Competitive hourly wage based on level of experience.
• Monthly Bonus Plan paid on meeting and exceeding goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
