Job Responsibilities:

• Generate HVAC equipment sales to all CGL customers via phone sales, order entry, price quotations, RFP response, job/order coordination with customers, and information input and management.
• Generate Equipment Proposals, Submittal packages, equipment selections, specifications, and any other information required to facilitate sales.
• Establish and maintain good relations with customers & CGL outside sales team by providing prompt and courteous service including walk-in, telephone, and email requests.
• Maintain and update project quote files.
• Track and Follow-Up on all quotes to increase closing opportunities.
• Follow through on orders from input to delivery to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates should have business or technical experience.
• 2+ years of order management and/or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer skills and common software literacy
• Efficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid critical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills
• High level of personal accountability; a sense of urgency and self-initiative is a must.
• Highly motivated self-starter, able to work without continuous direction.

Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge of working with HVAC contractors.
• Project coordination and logistic experience are a plus.
• Trade School and/or HVAC selling experience is a plus.
