HOLPACK is a family owned, managed and operated manufacturer of bubble wrap and bubble mailers. We pride ourselves in making MADE IN USA products. We cater to the ever expanding eCommerce industry, other manufacturers and the moving and relocation industry, as well as anyone requiring protective packaging and shipping materials.

We are looking for two energetic sales development representatives with some B2B outside sales experience -preferably in the packaging products industry.

Responsibilities include visiting customers to create solutions, guide and advise on the sale of HOLPACK's protective packaging products. Outside Sales Reps must work to maintain existing business while also finding new sales leads by a combination of in-office days for planning, prospecting, and reporting, and field days for visiting customers and canvasing for new customers.

Our ideal candidate:

• Is results oriented with a background in consultative selling
• Is a self-motivated team player with high energy and great attitude
• Is able to close deals
• Has 2 to 3 years' of B2B sales experience -preferably within the manufacturing/packaging or related industries

Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

• Identify and develop prospective customers
• Identify customers' packaging needs and recommend value added solutions
• Develop customer business relationships from ownership/managing to the floor
• Stay informed and communicate market conditions, product innovations and competitive landscape
• Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new ones

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Business or a related field -preferably
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• At least 1 to 2 years of outside B2B sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Valid driver license
• Working knowledge of email, excel and word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $76,400.00 per year
