This sales executive will work exclusively with our ASI/ PPAI and corporate gifting partners, and must have 3+ years experience working in this industry!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate existing business and sales relationships ( 50%)
- Hunt and develop new sales initiatives within the Promo space ( ASI, PPAI, HALO, Geiger, Nadel, Etc )
- Communicate key product uses and initiatives with customers and prospects
- Travel to 2+ Trade shows/ year ( PPAI show, & HALO internal show)
- Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot)
- See Key customers in person, and network in person
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Minimum Monthly Sales Quota ( 100K )
- 100 calls/ 250 email quota per week
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 4+ years of sales experience
- Must have 2+ years of experience in the ASI/ PPAI/ Corporate gifting industry
- Candidate should be comfortable communicating via telephone with cold and warm leads
- Experience working with CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to find new opportunities through prospecting techniques such as cold calls, emails, and meetings
- 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation Details
Hours: Full Time (40+ Hours per week)
$65,000 Base + Commission + Benefits
- 1% commission on sales up through 1.2 MIllion
- 1.25% on sales through 1.2 to 2 Million
- 2% on sales over 2-3 million
- 2.5% on sales over 3+ million

A Corporate Sales Representative role at WOODCHUCK USA is a dynamic, engaging sales position. A successful candidate will be self-driven and task oriented as they call, email, and meet with potential customers. They will also work closely with our in house Design, in house Manufacturing, and operations teams to execute one of a kind projects.
This position will work on site, with a team of 4 other in house reps who are all working in different segmented verticals. Learning from each other, sharing key insights, and collaborating on sales tactics is key. Being a team player will also be a large part to this roles success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
