We are seeking an experienced catering leader to join our campus dining team year-round and service the high-profile members of our staff as the Catering Sales Supervisor. Apply Today!

Catering Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Plans events as needed, ensuring the high-profile customer is satisfied
• Create and communicate all the menus, diagrams, and event details to the team
• Communicates and leads daily operations of the catering team
• Ensures all details of the event are executed
• Responsible for taking all delivery orders, billing each order, prepare delivery order sheets for distribution.

Catering Sales Supervisor Requirements:

• Associates Degree (preferred) in food service or related field
• 2+ years of experience in catering sales
• Preferable background in upscale, catering, banquet, or resort operation
• Needs to be highly organized and detail orientated
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Able to drive a commercial truck if needed
• Typically Monday through Friday but must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts (typically 40 hours/week)
