Full description of the position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team! Residential remodeling and restoration. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in sales activities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Plan, organize, and manage remodeling and restoration projects, including kitchen, bath, and basement renovations, as well as water and fire damage restoration.
  • Conduct comprehensive project assessments, identifying client requirements, scope of work, and project timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect project sites, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Sales Process Management:

  • Conduct initial client consultations to understand their needs, project requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Present and showcase company products, services, and capabilities to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, emphasizing the unique value proposition and competitive advantages of our construction offerings.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates and proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company profitability goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in collaboration with the management team.
  • Collaborate closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare Estimates in Xactimate software.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and recommendations to clients based on their specific construction needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to effectively position the company's products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in kitchen, bath, and basement remodeling, and/or water and fire restoration.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in business development.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in project management software, Xactimate and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and blueprints
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
