Position: Bookstore Sales Leader (Supervisor)

Job responsibilities:

· Work closely with the Store Manager to keep everything running efficiently and effectively.

· In partnership with Store Leadership, you will be responsible for driving store sales and operations during your shift through communicating sales metrics, business priorities, and sales goals.

· Most of your time will be spent on the sales floor actively engaging with guests and team members to help ensure our guests are 100% satisfied.

· You will be tasked as the Manager on Duty several shifts per week and responsible for the store opening and closing duties.

Qualifications:

· 2-4 year degree or equivalent retail leadership experience

· Guest-centric focus on providing exceptional service

· Leadership skills and team-oriented thinking

· Strong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skills

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
