We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our reputable restoration company. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with adjusters, property management accounts, local agents, and other key stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, including adjusters, property management accounts, local agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations to showcase our restoration services.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technicians, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional networks and promote our services.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the restoration, construction, or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional departments.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Knowledge of the restoration industry, insurance processes, and property management is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as required.

Pay: $1,114.17 - $1,247.00 per week
