Now Hiring - Inside Sales Rep- Cost Analyst in Chardon, OH

EGC is a recognized world leader in the engineering and manufacturing of graphite and graphite composites for high temperature applications in fluid sealing or thermal systems management.

Job Summary:

This position is a customer facing role responsible for the accurate completion of pricing of all EGC product lines to customers. Inside Sales gathers all the pertinent information required to quote pricing and delivery information in a timely manner. This involves the assessment of accurate raw material and labor costs and applying the correct formulas and margins to generate a net selling price to the customer.

The position involves a high- level of customer contact and requires the work of an individual who genuinely enjoys providing a service to the customer.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and process customer/prospect requests with accurate information in a timely manner
• Retrieve and respond to customer RFQ’s through Salesforce, email, or as notified
• Communicate with customers to keep them updated and informed on all issues relating to the completion of their quotation
• Clarify customer requirements as necessary to quote, including gathering current revision level drawings, specifications, certifications, packaging and delivery requirements
• Conduct an accurate and thorough review of statutory and regulatory requirement associated with Aerospace, Defense and related inquiries
• Coordinate with multiple internal department managers, and occasionally outside services or suppliers, to gather cost and solution details. Follow-up as necessary to complete work
• Conduct RFQ Review Meetings and follow-up as necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed records
• Maintain standard commodity and customer specific price sheets, pricing validity, update ERP system with pricing requirements
• Maintain an accurate and current quote filing system electronically utilizing Salesforce
• Distribute copies of quotes to EGC utilizing Salesforce system with Sage Integration
• Conduct all work in accordance with the company quality management system

Skill Requirements:

• Prior knowledge or experience with manufacturing, engineering, or technical product specification.
• Basic Math Skills, attention to detail, organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; email and phone communications.
• Ability to work in cross-functional team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, ERP systems, Salesforce preferred
• Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
