Job Description

Midwest Wheel Companies, a regional supplier of Light Truck Accessories and a leading supplier of Heavy Truck and Trailer Parts, is seeking to fill an Inside Sales position.

JOB TITLE:Inside Sales

REPORTS TO:Parts Manager
PRIMARY PURPOSE:

This position will talk with the customer to identify their needs, have excellent selling skills, and strengthen the overall relationship between Midwest Wheel Companies and the Customer.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certification:

High school diploma/College

Preferred Special Knowledge/Skills:

Process customer orders with high degree of accuracy

Make recommendations to meet customer needs

Excellent communications both verbal and written

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Strong PC based computer skills

A post offer pre-employment drug screen and physical is required
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Build loyal clientele, foster good relationships with customers

• Maintain strong product knowledge of our extensive list of products

• Take customer orders via phone, email, text, chat

• Increase sales by offering add-on sales for related parts

• Performs other duties as assigned
