Candidates that wish to work from home are required to have:
- DSL or Fiber internet connection
- Webcam for training and continuous coaching
- Own a desktop and/or laptop computer (Macs, Notebooks, Chromebooks are NOT compatible with our software)
- PC must have Windows 10 or 11 w/ 8GB+ of RAM, Intel i5 8th gen processor or newer (i7/i9 also acceptable) or AMD Ryzen 5 3000 series+ processor (AMD Ryzen 7/9 also acceptable), and 200 GB Hard Drive or SSD
- Quiet area set up with no distractions or loud noises

TRAINING:
- Remote, Hands-On One-on-One Training with our Training Manager
- One week training class from 8 AM to 5 PM CST with an hour lunch break and two 15 min breaks, no weekend training
REQUIRED HOURS:
- Rotating Saturdays with an alternate day off during the week
- Up to 40 hours per week for Full Time with opportunity for OT (scheduled 8hrs daily)
- Must exhibit punctuality and reliability in regard to work schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, consultants will accept and handle inbound calls from dealership customers with the intention of a final resolution.
This includes:
- Inbound Appointment/ Advisor/ Dealership Requests
- Answering calls on behalf of dealerships customers nationwide
- Coordinate / Schedule Customer Service Appointments
- Scheduling service appointments or car show appointments and inputting customer details in the dealership's scheduler
- Recommending Additional Service Needs (Presell) based on vehicle type or mileage (i.e. tire rotation, oil changes, air/cabin filter replacement or etc. )
- Manage and Document Processes in respective CRM tool(s) and Software(s)
- Utilize excellent spelling and grammatical skills to relay written messages as required
- Performing other duties as needed and assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- Associate's Degree is a PLUS
- 35+ WPM
- Professional and friendly phone skills
- Ability to work rotating weekend
- Ability to multi-task and navigating multiple software(s) (concurrently)
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Professional and honest work ethic
- Proven conversion statistics
- Dealership / Inside Sales Experience is a PLUS
- Appointment Setting Experience is a PLUS
COMPENSATION/PAYROLL SCHEDULE
- Variable Compensation
- Base pay starts at $15 per hour and you can earn up to $22 per hour
- Hourly rate is determined based upon performance per pay period
- Semi-monthly payroll with check dates on the 15th and last day of the month
- 1st-15th paid out on the last day of the month
- 16th - last day of the month is paid out on the 15th of the following month
