Indian Motorcycle Charlotte is an iconic motorcycle dealership and the original factory store. Come sell motorcycles in the best showroom you will ever find! The dealership is a destination for any Indian Motorcycle enthusiast and we need your help to give them the retail experience they deserve.

Responsibilities – General Manager:

• Lead, train, motivate, and staff all departments
• Passionate about customer retention and CSI
• Work with each manager to obtain specific goals and objectives
• Create a positive culture and a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention
• Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy for meeting sales goals
• Lead highly effective meetings
• Action-oriented and results-driven

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Highly qualified applicants with automotive or powersports experience preferred
• Superior leadership and motivation skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
