How you will make an impact:
- Recruits new franchisees to bring them under contract and builds relationships with franchise owners with the goal of growing the franchise
- Works with in-house legal counsel to keep FDDs up to date and registered yearly
- Works with marketing team to develop lead generation methods
- Works with PR team to announce new initiatives and locations
- Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas, methods and/or theories
- Develops resolutions to complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and that require frequent use of innovative thinking/creativity
- Exercises judgment within broadly defined policies and practices in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead)
- Work is accomplished without considerable direction and exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment
- Represents the organization as the principal customer contact and generally performs in a program/project leadership role
- Interacts with management and senior customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines
How you will grab our attention:
- 3+ years’ experience in a franchise sales role
- CFE or Certificate in Franchise Management preferred
- General understanding of franchise law and disclosure documents
- Experience negotiating and seeking compromise collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders
- Dynamic presentation skills and abilities
- The ability to present to a large room of operators in a highly effective manner
- Competence with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, being able to synthesize information to higher management and prospect investors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements and priorities continuously change
