Full description of the position

America's #1 Arch Support Company is growing and we are looking for the best! The Good Feet Store is searching for an energetic, results-oriented individual for our Natick location. Commission sales experience preferred and helpful. If you are looking for a position where you can truly make a difference in someone's quality of life, then this is the position for you!

This role has On-Target Earnings between $70k-$90k/annually based on individual and store performance. Store hours: Monday - Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM, Sundays 12:00 - 5 PM. Must have weekend availability as scheduled.


This retail Store Sales Manager role will oversee the daily operations of an assigned store, ensuring it runs smoothly and profitably. The Store Sales Manager will motivate the sales team to achieve optimal results, creating store sales strategies, and the ongoing coaching and development of a sales team.

Essential responsibilities and duties:


  • Oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of retail store.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives through training and mentoring of staff.
  • Create sales strategies, in collaboration with regional manager and/or VP, to achieve store goals, including individual sales goals.
  • Partner with Human Resources on hiring, training, and maintaining staffing levels for your store, including corrective action.
  • Partner with the Training Manager on ensuring all new hires are trained properly, including ongoing training for the sales team.
  • Prepare detailed reports as assigned.
  • Undertake store administration duties (i.e. team tracking, customer follow-up, expense/accounting reports, inventory levels)
  • Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge
  • Politely and professionally resolve guest issues, in coordination with your sales team.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Requirements:

  • Seven to ten years of sales and/or retail management experience required.
  • Experience leading a commissioned sales team preferred.
  • Weekend availability required.
