Allegra Marketing Print Mail is a Commercial Printing Company seeking to add an Account Manager/ Customer Service/Estimator to its team.
This person will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact by ensuring that all customer requirements and needs are met.
As a Account Manager/Customer Service/Estimator, you serve as the primary internal representative of our organization. You must convey to the customer a sense of expertise in our products, services and capabilities, and serve as an external key educator to our community and customers. This position is also responsible for communicating customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Process and respond to customer estimates/orders in a timely, complete and accurate manner.
- Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
- Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company to our clients.
- Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communications skills.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure successful workflow of customer orders through our facility.
- Attend to customer issues and concerns immediately. Facilitate satisfactory resolutions via Management.
- Support Customer Sales through service, education, and effective problem solving. Involve appropriate team members as needed.
- Be flexible and willing to help out where necessary (including other departmental functions)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous Account Management, customer service/estimator experience; responsible for all facets of account management including, but not limited to estimates, order entry, sales support and invoicing.
- Previous experience in a printing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of pre-press, pressroom (offset & digital), bindery and mailing preferred.
- Good math skills.
- Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.
- Strong attention to details, possessing a sales aptitude, and interested in preventing errors and solving problems.
- Must be computer literate and current on new technology. (PrintSmith software experience a plus)
- Must be hardworking, a self-starter and a problem solver.
- Demonstrate excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude a must.
Experience:
2 Years Customer Service Experience
1-2 Years Sales/Inside Sales related Experience
Employment:
Full time Monday to Friday
