Full description of the position

Atlanta Hydrovac, LLC is looking for an energetic, self-starter Sales Manager to build the overall client base of their services. This salesperson will work closely with the General Manager and the rest of the operations staff to create, maintain, and grow business with new and existing customers. This salesperson will be the front line of all sales activities, and will create a sales strategy that will continue to grow Atlanta Hydrovac, LLC.

Hiring Salary Range:

$50,000 base annual salary with uncapped commission opportunities and a 6 month commission guarantee. A vehicle allowance will also be provided.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a growth strategy by promoting the company’s services and building client relationships

  • Initiate and maintain business relationships with current and future customers
  • Provide Weekly and monthly sales reports and plans to management
  • Schedule site visits to provide estimates for work requested by existing and new clients
  • Create proposals for all bids as well as creating, maintaining, and executing a sales and estimating log
  • Preparing and executing sales contracts
  • Follow up on submitted bids and ongoing projects to ensure a smooth cradle to grave project life cycle.
  • Provide detailed scopes of work and project information to the operations staff
  • Assist in collecting AR and getting all other necessary documents approved and executed with both the client and management staff.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience in an outside sales role. Preferably in the Utility Construction, Land Development, General Contractor, and Commercial Construction fields.
  • Experience in customer support and account management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all clients.
  • Strong time management, self-starting, and planning skills.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and ethical
  • Proficiency in MS Office and blueprint take-offs is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to Pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must have a clean driving record and pass a company MVR
