Ekstrom Carlson is looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to help our small business grow. We are a 20 person company and this position will have involvement in all facets of the business.

Products include spindle repair and new spindle manufacturing, cutting tool sharpening and manufacturing of new endmills, drills, router bits, and other cutting tools offered to the metalworking, woodworking, and plastics industry. We also manufacture a coolant mist spray system for cutting tools and sell saw motors and router motors.

Activities and qualifications may include some or all of the below.

• Quoting and managing orders for repairs, and cutting tools - a technical background is required
• Coordinating work between factory and customers
• Purchasing items from vendors
• Writing skills are important and quick typing skills are required
• Associates degree or higher preferred in a mechanical field
• Honesty, integrity, and professionalism is required.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks,

Experience required - college degree to 2 plus years to experienced.

*Hours - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to start, or 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, as determined. Day shift only. We do not operate a 2nd or 3rd shift and we do not work weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
