Hiring Sales agent at Phoenix Sales Office (Brand new sales office of K Line Logistics)

K Line Logistics USA Inc. is seeking a qualified individual with more than two years of experience for Sales position at our new office at Tempe AZ.

Temporary office address:

60 E. Rio Salado Parkway Tempe, Arizona 85281

The Sales will be responsible for the following:

SUMMARY

· Developing new customer

Find new clint by using K Line’s network both USA and also foreign K Line Logistics subsidiaries.

· Observing cargo loading at customer’s site

As one of normal duties, visit customer’s facility and observe cargo loading.

Customer’s location is usually an hour away from Phoenix city area.

Duties:

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Present and demonstrate products to potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Communicate with operation branch office, mainly Atlanta branch office and other

folks such as overseas agents, vessel operator, truck supplier.

· Communicate with customer include their overseas offices.

· Proactively notify customers of any missing documents, incomplete delivery instructions, or any other issues that could cause delays.

· Create client billing and handle accounting processes accurately in a timely manner.

· Perform other duties as indicated by General Manager at Atlanta branch office.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficient in retail math, including calculating discounts, margins, and markups
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines

· Basic English reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.

· Minimum associate college degree or higher.

· Knowledge of basic computer skill, Microsoft outlook, excel, word, and power point

The individual in this position must be capable of performing all the essential functions with reasonable accommodation.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Traveling to customer very often.

Required outside work, mainly observe cargo loading & checking.

WORKING HOUR (4 options)

1: 7:30am – 4:30pm (Mon – Fri)

2: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Mon – Fri)

3: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)

4: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Mon – Fri)

*With 1 hour lunch break
