Residential Architectural Interior Design, Project Development, and Sales

[please apply online] opportunity involves residential architecture, remodeling, drafting, and project development/sales. We are looking for an expert with extensive experience in residential architecture, both exterior and interior knowledge is required. Interior design will not be the focus of this position. You will be collaborating directly with our interior design team.

Drawing/drafting experience is required; we use the Chief Architect (CA) program however experience in this specific platform is not mandatory. Those with CAD, Revit, Sketchup can easily learn the Chief Architect system. You will be responsible for working with the production team and design consultant team to produce and sell projects. We also have Chief Architect training through a video series, and personal one-on-one with the department manager.

• Projects include: Design/Build projects, kitchen and bathroom renovations, whole home renovations, additions, partial remodeling of bathrooms and kitchens, exterior and interior replacements and remodels including, but not limited to, window and door replacement (interior and exterior), basement finish, trim and millwork packages, exterior refreshes. 2% commercial and or new build projects.
• Drafting/drawing experience is required as this will be a good part of the responsibilities.
• Taking the "consultant approach" with clients is required to be successful in this a role.
• While sales is approximately 20% of the role, sales training will be provided to you to succeed in this role. We offer an uncapped commission for this role with a base salary of $60,000, the expected pay is at least $80k to $100k and will increase from there depending upon sales.
• Please note that we use the Sandler Sales system and have training for this role with a Sandler Trainer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
