Lift Off Distribution is the exclusive distributor of Red Bull Energy Drink for Maryland, Northern Virginia, Richmond, Hampton Roads and Washington DC. Key Account Manager is primarily responsible for building relationships with our KEY 5 customers and will work closely with the entire Sales Management team to identify opportunities for sales program enrollment and ensure program compliance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Sales calls to KEY 5 customers to develop relationship, evaluate further opportunities, and increase Red Bull placement within accounts.
• Spend time in field with Account Manager and Sales Management team to evaluate performance and train to find opportunities.
• Maintain detailed reporting to include compliance status, shelf space, and additional equipment placement.
• Complete account audits to ensure integrity of VIP program in market.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings and annual sales presentations both internally and with Red Bull North America.
• Responsible for producing and maintaining all applicable trackers/reports as set forth by the Senior Key Account Manager.
• Provide overall communication to the sales force concerning goals and execution.
• Weekly recap to the Senior Key Account Manager on actual results vs. targets and plans to close any gaps.
• Must have a working relationship with Account Sales Managers to provide direction and support.
• Presents a professional demeanor and appearance in interacting with customers to best advance the product's sales and Red Bull Energy Drink image.
• Monitor available product on shelves during store visits and rotate product from storage to display to fill any voids.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the position include:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years work experience, preferably in beverages/consumer products in a DSD model.
• Experience in people management preferred.
• Strong analytical, process improvement, problem solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
• PC literate
• Valid Driver's License
• General lifting of up to 45lbs and moving up to 100lbs with a handcart.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
