Job Summary

KOI / Fisher auto parts is seeking full time Store Counterpersons in the Greater Cincinnati market. The Store Counterperson must be knowledgeable in many facets of the store operations and be fully committed to working with all associates and supervisors to succeed, while instilling the highest level of customer service in the market.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Store Counterperson position includes the following but is not limited to just these responsibilities.

Effectively completing the day to day business in such a way that all job related objectives are aligned with the companies goals and values

Ensuring that all sales levels are met to achieve or exceed the companies goals

Ensuring that there is safe and respectful environment for customers and other associates

Qualifications and Skills

Below are the following skills preferred for this position

Valid Drivers License

High school diploma or equivalent GED

Ability to provide a positive work environment

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees

Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket

Provide superior levels of customer service

Familiar with computerized systems and applications to include, electronic parts catalogs, invoicing systems, inventory control systems, credit card processing, time and attendance systems, and email systems

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

• ASE Certification (Preferred)
