Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Business development for closed-loop lithium battery recycling in U.S., encompassing collection, pre-treatment and post-treatment of end-of-life batteries, diagnosis for second life usage recycling
• Build and maintain key customer relationships with auto OEMs, lithium-ion battery manufacturers, battery recyclers, smelters and refineries, government and other organizations
• Conduct market research, attending trade shows/ conferences and collect market information to identify growth opportunities
• Define, lead and realize new business projects
• Negotiate and close business deals
• Collaborate with R&D teams and management group to support technical and commercial negotiations with customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years' sales/ business development experience in battery recycling, lithium battery manufacturing or auto parts industry
• Experienced with lithium battery supply chain, battery recycling, auto OEMs and smelters/ refineries
• Deep knowledge/ experience in sales, customer development at a regional/ national and/or international level
• Team player, strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience working together with technical/ commercial teams
• Focused and goal-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
