We are an Independent Insurance Agency located in Downtown Woodstock. As an Independent Agency, we work for our clients, offering options through multiple carriers. We are a team orientated organization that provides support to not only our clients but our community. We pride ourselves on being a family friendly agency who supports a work-life balance.

We are committed to offering continuing education and career growth opportunities. Our hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm. We will provide training on our operations and systems.

About You:

Enjoy working in an open team environment and offering new ideas or solutions. Comfortable with talking to people and building rapport through strong communication, responsiveness, and organization. Have a desire for community outreach.

Requirements:

• Currently possess an active Property & Casualty insurance license
• 1+ year(s) of account servicing experience preferred
• Independent agency experience is a bonus
• Ability to work in a team environment

Job Responsibilities:

· Promptly respond to client requests through all forms of communication (phone, email, and text).

· Maintain client accounts through our agency management system

· Demonstrate strong organizational skills

· Servicing clients with issuing new policies, policy changes, billing, and claims reporting assistance.

· Research and resolve any coverage questions

· Identify and offer opportunities for cross-selling

· Willing to attend and assist with community outreach events with our non-profit partners

· Attend and represent company for networking opportunities

Professional and Personal Skills:

· Microsoft Office & Adobe knowledge

· Comfortable using technology and learning new technology or systems

· Organized, structured, and punctual

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
