Mission: To provide the best machined components to our customers through superior performance while adding value at competitive prices

* *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* This position reports to the Customer Service Manager, specific responsibilities may include: * Customer Quoting * Raw Stock, Labor, OSS Estimates * Prepare Quote for approval * Send quote to customer * Process Customer PO * Check incoming PO’s to MRP system * Review approved customer PO to verify it is ready for processing * Customer Correspondence * Inform Customers on Job status, early/late, low/high quantities * Purchasing * Create purchase orders as required * Process Customer PO * Check incoming PO’s to MRP system * Review approved customer PO to verify it is ready for processing * Review MATERIAL and RAW STOCK inventory required for the SALES ORDER and JOB * Create SALES ORDERs and JOBs in JobBoss * Create virtual SALES ORDER and JOB folders as required * Schedule JOBS * Finalize SALES ORDERS and JOBS * Work with accounting to mediate PO discrepancies * Any work activity required to help the customer maintain their quality and schedule * *REQUIREMENTS* EDUCATION * High School Diploma combined with experience and training EXPERIENCE/SKILLS * *Minimum 3 years experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred *

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
