PURPOSE*
Digital Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our catering business through digital sales channels. Expertise in digital marketing and sales strategies will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing market share.
*DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES*
*Mobile Online Ordering and Delivery*

- Work with VP, Marketing & Commercial Strategy, VP, IT, and vendor partners to develop off-premises sales goals and promotional plans for online ordering and delivery.
- Manage menus and pricing on all platforms.
- Onboard new restaurants to online ordering and delivery platforms.
- Test and launch new offers and promotions to drive incremental sales and provide key information and timelines for the cross-functional support teams.
Online Catering*

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration in the catering industry.
- Identify and target potential clients through digital marketing techniques, third party platforms, email campaigns, and other relevant channels.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and drive innovative sales approaches.
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide necessary training to execute effectively in restaurants.
Reporting*

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics for management review.
- Monitor performance and impact of all programs/platforms to maximize effectiveness.
- Assist or complete other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS*
*
- A passion for interpreting data to make or advise on changes based on that information.
- Proven track record of success in digital sales, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Solid project management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with catering operations and an understanding of food and beverage industry trends is desirable.
- Knowledge of third-party catering platforms including ezCater, CaterNation, etc. preferred.
- Manage teams effectively and collaborate with teams and partners.
- Ability to work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 21+ years of age.
- Minimum of two (3) years related experience.
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
