Job Summary:

Overall, the Director of Franchise Development will be responsible for the development, the implementation, and the ongoing management and monitoring of a data driven and systematic franchising system for the marketing, the identification, the evaluation, and the selection of qualified franchisees in designated markets.

Job Responsibility:

• The establishment of franchisee criteria inclusive of financial qualifications.
• The management and direction of franchise marketing campaigns and sales from targeted prospecting, through prospective franchisee interviewing, qualification and Discovery Days, to the completion and agreement of all related and relevant franchising contracts and transaction close proceedings.
• Representing Vida Flo as the voice, the spokesman, and authority externally for all marketing, promotion, and sales activities and initiatives.
• Leading the franchising function and acting as a member of the Senior Management team of Vida Flo.
• The annual completion and registration of the Vida Flo FDD.

Miniumum Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree from a arecognized college or university in Arts, Economics, Business, Health Sciences.
• 5-7 years Franchise Sales and Franchise Development management experience in the health and wellness industry, hospitality, retail, restaurant, education or a like industry focused on franchising.
• A proven track record of success in achieving sales quotas and executing franchising agreements.
• Working knowledge of Franchise Disclosure Documents, Differing Forms of Franchising agreements such as Market or Area Development Agreement.
